My very first beer, in Montreal, as my quest for true enlightenment began...
It all started in April 2009, while travelling across Canada and the USA.
During our time there, I decided to partake in a few of the local beverages and rate them on our holiday website, for family and friends. During this time, the blog really took off. We had followers from all over the world, who were always looking at our reviews.
We decided that as we had so much fun doing the blog, we would make a bigger better version. WorldBeers was born.
Our mission is to try every type of Beer, Lager and Ale the world has to offer, reviewing all by our world leading Beer Mat system (A maximum score of 5 Beer Mats being the ‘Holy Grail’ as it were).
So, we hope you enjoy the blog, and can join us in our never ending quest to test all the beers of the world.
