Kuppers Kolsch

Our first Guest Reviewer Jamie Symonds, enjoying a nice cold pint...

A nice beer to start the day. A little bitter but quite wheaty.  At 4.8 %, it is very tasty.

31/2 beer mats

Bought in The Spaniards Inn, Highate.  Price £3.55.  Not bad at all.

Samuel Smith’s Alpine Lager

The start of a very enjoyable evening with friends.

In my opinion, this is a strange, but enjoyable beverage.  Delightfully fizzy with a hint of the woods about it. It leaves a truly unique aftertaste on the tongue that is very distinctive.

The fact that it is an absolute bargain is also a major plus.

This beverage was purchased in The Dover Castle, Marylebone.  Price £2.16

Sagres

A real thirst quencher. It has quite a flavourful kick. Lovely golden colour and plenty of fizz.

Very expensive for what it is though. Shame!

3 Beer Mats

Can be bought from The Bobbin, Clapham. Price: £3.70

Andechser Weissbier Hefetrub

A fruity wheat beer with the slightest hint of banana about it. This beer has a delicious golden appearance and a taste that almost matches. I like it.

3 1/2 Beer Mats

Can be bought from: Beers of Europe.   Price: £1.99 (plus postage)
